Kostas and his wife Anna are the second generation here, after Yannis and Eleni. Honest food, a long table by the water, and a welcome that has not changed in over forty years.
Kri Kri is a family taverna on the bay at Órmos, Ágios Nikólaos, run by three generations of the same family since 1978. Much of what we serve is grown in our own garden or comes off the day's catch, and it is cooked simply. Come for the food, stay for the evening.

Yannis and Eleni opened Kri Kri in 1978, and three generations of the family still run the kitchen and the room today.

Kri Kri has its own enclosed children's playroom, clean and safe, in a space of its own. The little ones play and make friends while you sit back and enjoy a long, unhurried meal. It is one of the very few places on the bay where parents can truly relax.

Find us →Fantastic hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. This was the best food we had during our trip to Greece. It feels far less touristy and is clearly popular with locals. The children's playroom is spotlessly clean, and the service is friendly, attentive and efficient.
My favourite taverna in Agios Nikolaos, with good service and excellent food. The grilled sardines are delicious, and it is one of very few places with traditional horta on the menu. The burgers are amazing and the pork chop was large and succulent. Highly recommended.
Fresh, simple, clean food. We had a wonderful salad, grilled squid and fried zucchini with cheese, and the pricing is so reasonable. The patio is an awesome place to relax while you wait, and the waitstaff were friendly and sweet. Do not miss this place.
